RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURE
Batsis Yacht Support wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase and for that reason makes every possible effort to provide you with the best quality service .If you are not satisfied with any of our products for the following reasons, we’ll gladly replace them for you or refund your money.
You have the right to return the products that you purchased and request for their replacement or money refund:
- οnly if with valid proof Batsis Yacht Support sold you the wrong products from those that you ordered, the products were damaged or there were mistakes in the shipping process, in the pricing or in the product packaging. In this case, the product(s) in question must be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date.
Batsis Yacht Support is not responsible for damaged or stolen shipments. If you receive a Damaged Shipment, Do Not destroy the damaged box, Batsis Yacht Support will have the product picked up and will send you a new replacement as soon as possible and always on availability. Damaged goods MUST be returned within five (5) calendar days of delivery.

*Note: In every price that relates for every product in this website the VAT is already included. Once you’ve contact us you’ll be informed about the exact total cost of your order, the payment method and the shipping information. ATTENTION: If you make a purchase directly from the e-shop of Batsis Yacht Support, without prior information that entitled to a reduced VAT or exemption, you lose your right and Batsis Yacht Support accepts no responsibility in this case.
When a product is to be returned to Batsis Yacht Support, it must be accompanied with the purchase receipt, its original packaging, its manual, its guarantee document (if there was any). Also it must not have any damages, any unauthorized modifications or used on incompatible power sources that may have damaged it.
- Please first contact Batsis Yacht Support to request a replacement or refund.
- Complete the return reason questionnaire on the original packing slip and place it inside the box.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Returned package must be postage prepaid.
- Package must be returned via a Trackable carrier.
- All freight costs of returning products are upon customers.
- Return your package to our companies address.
- Upon inspection of your returned goods, Batsis Yacht Support will issue a full or Parcel refund to your credit card, less the shipping costs. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund.
- Freight costs are not refundable, If the item was shipped FREE FREIGHT, the customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.
- All products being returned must be in NEW & UN-USED condition with all parts and pieces included.
- We are only able to offer credit on the card that was originally used to purchase the product.
If any action does not comply with the above, Batsis Yacht Support may not accept the return of a product.
Call Customer Service
Please contact customer service for oversized, damaged or defective items within five (5) calendar days after the item has been received. Have this information handy from your confirmation email containing: Order number, item number, tracking number, your email address and your phone number.
